What is Mentor Coaching?<\/h2>\n

According to the ICF\u00b4s definition, \u201cMentor Coaching consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach\u2019s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a Mentor Coach I will help you improve as a coach to achieve and demonstrate the level of coaching competencies and skills required for the ACC credential level.<\/p>\n

The mentoring process has to be performed through a minimum of three months<\/strong> as per ICFs requirements so that the coach can reflect and practice while being mentored and the Mentor Coach can have time to listen to the recorded sessions and provide feedback towards the coach\u00b4s development.<\/p>\n
