Balance Program
Here is an overview of how we will work together in this program:
Online program to connect and work together wherever you are. In-person sessions are also available if you are located in Spain.
Weekly remote individual and/or group coaching sessions for 3 months through an online platform. Biweekly sessions are also an option. We will adapt to your needs.
12 coaching sessions in total.
1 hour per session.
We will identify what exactly is preventing you from achieving greater wellbeing at work and work life integration, making the necessary changes to live a more balanced life.
We will create an action plan 100% tailored to your needs to achieve your goals.
In each session, we will establish realistic and achievable steps and actions to help you succeed with your action plan.
Throughout the process, I will provide you with useful tools, ideas, and tips to successfully carry out your established actions and steps.
I will be available between sessions via email or phone to offer you close support.
We will create a space of trust and understanding from the beginning, where you can share anything you want or need without judgment.
As each person is unique, I will adapt as a coach to your needs to accompany you in the best possible way.
If you are a company, we will create a specific program tailored to your needs and objectives.
